SMALL BUSINESS ASSISTANCE PROGRAM
The Twin Cities Community Development Corporation has provided technical assistance support to over 600 businesses. These businesses are operating in a number of different industry sectors and range from small grocery markets to accounting consulting firms. Our program focuses mainly on micro-enterprises (businesses with 5 or fewer employees) and is supported by the City of Fitchburg, MA Growth Capital Corporation, corporate grants and private donations.
Our Small Business Assistance Program offers:
One-on-One Technical Assistance:
Business counseling is available for help on how to start a business, write a business plan, improve marketing strategies and connecting with potential local funding sources like banks and other financial institutions.
Business Seminar Series:
We host a series of seminars throughout the year with a concentration of offerings in spring and fall. Seminars are targeted to small businesses that need help to create or retain jobs or are located in disadvantaged communities
Credit Initiative:
We work with small businesses to help them access the best available credit that they can access and improve their credit.
Downtown Initiative:
We work with Cities of Fitchburg and Leominster to develop thriving downtown businesses.
Last year, our Small Business Assistance Program:
• Created or Retained 110 jobs and
• Facilitated small business loans totaling over $200,000.

The Most Office
More Than a Post Office! We are an UPS and Federal Express Authorized Ship Center. We have daily pick-up service Monday through Friday for UPS and Monday through Saturday delivery and pick-up for FedEx and U.S. Mail. We provide you with options so you can ship your packages the fastest, least expensive and most convenient way possible.
We ship using FedEx, UPS, and USPS. No job is too small for us. We are located in Fitchburg Massachusetts.

Devidesigns provides web analysis, design, creation and content management. they specialize in designing websites for small businesses and animal welfare organizations.
Lidios Restaurant & Lounge
Lidio's Restaurant has been a Leominster family favorite for 10 years. Established in 1995 its menus feature Italian-American cuisine.

Coinshow.com provides comprehensive, trustworthy and conveniently organized on-line information and resources for novice-to-expert coin collectors. The website explores numismatics by region and also connects to a wide variety of information about coin collecting nationally and around the world.
The Art Works Shop
The art works shop creates custom graphics, interior designs and murals for schools, businesses and private homes.
